the doorbell work? Make sure items such as toys or tools
are put away.
Entryway.
Is it inviting? Uncluttered? Are the floors polished?
Do the windows shine? Consider fresh flowers.
Show time.
Consider a fresh coat of neutral paint on walls and white
on the ceilings. Pay particular attention to kitchens
and baths. Keep all surfaces neat, clean, and tidy. Prospective
buyers will want to look in closets and garages, too.
Organize them neatly.
