With a degree in business management from The University
of North Carolina, Wilmington, I began my career as a banker.
The business and negotiating skills I acquired in banking
have served my real estate clients well.
In real estate, savvy negotiating nuances can often mean

room, gaze out over the 9th green from your all-weather
porch, or happily watch your kids work off their sugar surges
in a spacious back yard.
I have lived here in North Carolina my entire life.
Both of my children are students in the Wake County Public
Schools. They are involved in area Parks and Recreation
sports programs and activities. My family and I enjoy the
rich and rewarding lifestyle this area offers—the
family-oriented and child-friendly parks, events and activities,
cultural and sporting events, world-renown coastal areas
and mountains, even our barbeque
and crab
cakes are notable.
